Jenn created Senseful Wellness & Yoga in 2020 as a way to expand the concept of healing beyond the borders of the established systems and boxes of the healthcare world. Creating workshops, guiding group retreats, and sharing virtual content became a way of teaching and sharing the many layers to mind, body, spirit connection. She’s hosted retreats across the US combining her trainings in yoga, energy work, somatic techniques, and astrology to create all encompassing experience.
