Choose your destination, and we’ll bring the magic. Our team travels nationwide to guide retreats and events; with Asheville, NC as one of our most loved locations.
We’ve hosted retreats all across the US in cities including Sedona, AZ Salem, MA and Nashville, TN, creating unforgettable group experiences.

Once your group selects a destination, it’s time for the details our specialty! The inquiry form helps us understand your group’s needs to design an unforgettable retreat experience.

After your inquiry is submitted, our team will respond within 72 hours to confirm initial details and answer any questions about your weekend retreat.

To officially reserve your guided group retreat, a deposit is required to secure your dates. The final invoice will reflect your chosen retreat package.

With our basic retreat package, our expert team will guide your group through a pre-determined weekend schedule. We’ll provide everything needed (yoga mats, props, and all essentials) to support your group throughout the weekend retreat experience.
The below add-on options can be added on to the base package.

Airport Pick up/Drop off: Skip the hassle of coordinating rideshares and let our staff safely transport your group to and from the airport. We'll coordinate pick-up and drop-off times to accommodate the majority of your group's arrival and departure schedules.
Late Night Transportation: Experience the local nightlife worry-free with our late-night transportation service. Our team will safely transport your group to and from two different locations throughout the night, with the latest pickup time at midnight.

Allow us to streamline your lodging accommodations by providing a curated list of our favorite Airbnb options available for your weekend getaway. Spend less time stressing about where to stay and more time prepping for your weekend away!

Simplify meal planning for your group with our meal coordination service. Our base package includes four meals during your stay plus two morning smoothies. Opt for our add-on option to have two additional meals prepared by our staff, covering all meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunch. We'll cater to any allergies or dietary restrictions and can also arrange reservations at our recommended local restaurants.

To ensure our team enough time to prepare for your group's experience please book at least 45 days in advance

Once receiving your inquiry form our team will contact you within 72 hours to clarify and lingering questions and details. To reserve your weekend an initial non-refundable deposit of $250 will be collected to lock in your dates and full payment invoice will need to be paid 30 days before your event. Payment plans can be discussed with our team.

Our basic package does not include travel accommodations see package add ons which can include airport pick up and drop off, transportation around town and to additional excursions.

For our base package, lodging arrangements are your responsibility. Our team will come to you with no lodging assistance.Additional Add-ons are available including: assistance finding and booking place of stay.

With the basic package we’ll come and go with a predetermined schedule that fits for your group. Yoga mats, yoga props, and all things needed to guide your group through the basic package schedule will be provided.
